SHIPPING:

All orders are processed and shipped USPS First Class within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

**PLEASE ALLOW ADDITIONAL DAYS IN TRANSIT DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC**

You will receive an email confirmation with shipping and tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking number to activate or update.

LOST OR DAMAGED:

ViRA LASHES is not liable for any lost or damaged products during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

To ensure that your package is properly delivered on time, please make sure your address is fully entered correctly. If an order is returned to ViRA LASHES due to an incorrect address provided, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost.

REFUNDS:

We truly hope that your are 100% satisfied with your ViRA LASHES!

We also understand that products do not always workout for everyone, but due to sanitary reasons, our lashes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
