HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING TAKE?
We are located in Dallas, Texas. All orders processed withtin 1-3 business days. Transit time varies between 3-5 business days.

All credit card & debit card payments are processed through PayPal payment service. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can either create an account or "Check out as Guest" and input your credit card or debit card information.
WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT UPDATING?
Your tracking number is sent as soon as a label is created. Full tracking details may not show up until it reaches a USPS facility which can take up to 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to update.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We process orders as we recieve them. If you entered an incorrect address, need to change or add an item, you have up to 1 hour since the order was placed. We can no longer make any changes once your order has been processed and fullfilled. Please email us at [email protected] to makes modifications ASAP!
